• The time used in this schedule is that of Kinshasa, as using GMT would lead to a lot of speculation about the time.
• Classes will only take place on Zoom, not YouTube. The university's website and platform are under reconstruction.
• The login details will be sent to you in a few minutes through this group.
• Teachers are asked to give their presentations to students for fifty minutes, followed by a 5 to 10-minute break before continuing. This allows both students and the teacher to take a short breather before resuming. However, if the class starts late or at the students’ request, the lesson may continue without a break.
• The first semester runs from September 23, 2024, to January 18, 2025. Each teacher (Professor, Doctor, or Doctoral Candidate) is responsible for properly planning and managing their time to complete the material for their course before the end of the semester.
• Attendance in the virtual classroom is mandatory for all students. Theological education is also a moral and spiritual training. Thus, each student must show respect to their teachers, the GSTU administration, the schedule, and their financial commitments.
• Starting next week, the list of students who have paid their admission fees and part or all of their academic fees will be provided to all teachers whose courses are scheduled for the first semester.
